Mickey Mouse B&W Treasures from Amazon

Post by ChrisK »

Amazon recently re-listed this title for a while - did anyone order it and have they received their copy?

I emailed them over the weekend to see what was happening and they said that the delivery had been delayed :x But on the positive side, they did upgrade the shipping on my order at no charge :D

Over 20 people ordered it through the site and none of those have shipped, so you're not alone. I just hope Amazon actually intends to get these in, unlike the fiasco earlier this year where everyone ordered something they said they had that they didn't have.

I ordered it back in the day, and it's still saying Delivery estimate: Sept 4, 2003 - Sept 22, 2003. Can't see it ever shipping, but you never know!

Thanks for this. In the canned reply to my enquiry, they did say it was in "short supply" and I notice that the link to buy it from the product details page has now gone.

Lets see how they go in the next few weeks....

I had this on order from Amazon, but after 2 (or was it 3) delays, I gave up and ordered it (along with a few other Treasures) through various people on eBay.

Got pretty good prices actually....

I received the email from Amazon this morning that this was no longer available.

Ah well, it was worth a try

Damn Amazon. Got an e-mail from them to say they no longer had it in stock. Gotta trail the internet and pay through the nose now! Darn!

B & W you shouldn't have to pay too much for. I got it for $35, but that was through Buy It Now on eBay, so I'm sure you could get it cheaper.

Here is one that is at $9.99 with just over a day to go.
