I am not trying to cause any problems, but I personally do not think it is appropriate for you to use the these forums to advertise your ebay items. I appoligize in advance if I have offended you in any way.

No offense taken. But if I was in someone else's shoes and wanted something that I may never have thought to look for, I'd want to know.
I have a forum of my own and would invite people to put up a ebay ads, but that's just me.

It's up to the admin if they feel offended by it. I don't see how very different it is then advertising for a new dvd coming out. It just so happens that I'm not selling something that is manufactured by a big company.

Perhaps you could post it over in the "Trade" area instead? Then maybe people won't complain. Not that I'm complaining; I don't mind at all. But that might be a better place to post something like this.

I thought about that, but it says it is to trade "movies", not general merchandise. I figured being TLU isn't Disney and I'm not selling a movie, then it fitted best in Off Topic

I think the only case in which this would cause a problem is that if one person posts a link to their Ebay auctions, then another person will post theirs and so on, until the entire forum becomes a mess of Ebay auctions. But this one auction seems innocent enough, especially considering the fact that the item truly is unique and not just some old junk you're trying to get rid of. Plus, many Disney fans are interested in things pertaining to other animated productions. :tink:

Just under a day left, guys! The auction ends at 5:17 Central Time on March 8th. Last I checked it was at 53 bucks... and it'll probably skyrocket in the last hour, too... :P

It's like watching a sport :D

One bidder in particular I am rooting for. She emailed me with some questions and really wants it. She's a unicorn fanatic too. So I know how she feels :)

I know if I saw someone make this pony before, I'd be tearing their hair out for it :D

One person already asked me if they could make a "copy" She had the idea to use a Bridal pony a few years ago too. Doesn't matter a bit to me. Just proves it was a good idea when someone else is on the same level. And plus every artist is different, so it will be great to see what she does with it. And of course room is left to be different. I didn't do a "cutie mark", but I did get it signed by the author. I made her hair way long. And I used alpaca hair for her ankles, something no other MLP artist has done before that I know of anyways and no one else in the pony circles heard of it either apparently. Dare to be different :D

Hey Siren,

I failed to mention how much I love the job you've done on this OOAK Pony. . . I see it's up to $76 now! Woah, cool! :D

See, I've been experimenting with doing OOAK Barbies. So far I've tried some repaints and even some facial resculpture, but I don't have the materials yet to re-root hair. Right now I'm doing this for my own enjoyment, but I'm hoping to eventually put some on ebay. Once again, you've been an inspiration.
