Disneyland - Rivers of America question

Post by Tony »

Could anyone who has been to Disneyland recently advise if the Northern section (at the back of the park) of the Rivers of America has been sealed off ?.... I have had various reports and wish to get this clarified.

If it has been sealed off, then I assume the Mark Twain, and canoes etc just do a one-way trip, without circumnavigating Tom Sawyer island ?

If it has it was very recent. Neither miceage.com or mouseplanet.com have mentioned it and unless it was an emergency repair then they would have advised. There was certainly no mention of it as part of 50th preparations.

Nope, it has not been sealed off. Mark Twain Riverboat, the Columbia, and the canoes still go all the way around.
