Where he states his 2 disc Lilo and Stitch is one of the best Discs he has ever made! :o

Also there's confirmation of a US 2 disc I, Robot (with slightly altered menus) and lots of other information on DVD supplements in general.
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

Fox is doing a trifecta of double dips in May with 2-disc rereleases of Man on Fire, The Day After Tomorrow, and I, Robot.

Anyway, thanks for the link. Lilo should be great. You've already got it. Lucky!

2-Disc I, Robot? So soon? That's really infuriating. I got the first one on its day of release. I don't guess I'll pick up the new one.

I'm so glad that I waited on I, Robot. So, so glad. Not like I've never had to double dip before, but its nice to avoid it when you can.

Too bad The Passion isn't part of that roster...

Anywho, that's an excellent interview. I had read somewhere that the filmmakers intended the SE to be the very best DVD ever released by Disney (hence why they were so ticked off when it was originally cancelled). Based on the specs we've seen and this extra nudge from the DVD producer himself, I think the filmmakers accomplished their goal.

I'm sharing the SAME FRUSTRATION!
and I'll buy the 2-Disc version! But I'm still pissed. Freakin Fox.
...but I like the movie; i'll find some way to get rid of the 1-Disc I Robot and get money back 8)

Just take your 1 disc version to a place that'll buy used dvd's, usually you can get some money back for it.

I too bought the single-disc version of I, Robot, but I quickly sold it off when I heard about the two-disc set coming to the US (when it was first listed on Amazon). Overall I suppose I don't mind Fox going in for a double dip already, though I do wish that POTC had been included in the new SE line. :(
