INLAY - CASTLE IN THE SKY

Post by Robert Thomalla »

 Hello guyz !!!

I bought the whole John Lasseter "MY ASS" Collection (Spirited Away, Castle In The Sky and Kiki) on US DVD, but I own them on JP DVD, too. My question is: Spirited Away and Kiki have an "INLAY" (that paper in the keepcase) - Castle In The Sky NOT !!! Is that reqular or is it a production problem..... P.S.: John is a real asshole (thatz the so called friend of Mr.Miyazaki; where in the world is Jack Fletscher ???)

STUDIO GHIBLI rulez,...

1. Would you mind telling us exactly WHY John is what you say he is considering it's thanks to him Spirited Away even made it to the states?

2. Sorry, can't help you because I only own Kiki and Spirited on DVD, not Castle. My guess is that the Castle DVD originally had an insert, but you bought a recent printing of it which didn't have one. See, lately Disney's been ignoring the inserts on many "minor" releases and only intends on giving inserts to the big releases like September's Sleeping Beauty or October's The Lion King. Why don't you try calling Buena Vista home video? Believe it or not they actually do listen to customer feedback, and you may get lucky by getting an insert sent to you.
