Treasures Pluto - low production numbers = sold-out quick???

Post by PhilMo »

Just wanted to get anybody's take on this. Since the production numbers of Treasures Pluto are only 110,000, do you think this one will sell out quick like Tomorrowland (production of 105,000) and the first 2 waves?

Treasures Pluto

Probably people will start buying multiple set in the beginning and they will become hard to get but still findable for a while. TomorrowLand is still
on some shelves but the price has gone up. In other words I would get all I want early to avoid the higher prices later on..

I have two Pluto sets. I'm not being greedy but I wanted to buy one for somebody for Christmas. I told my friend that I would get it for her wife but he never curbed her from buying it and she got it so now I have two and I don't know what to do. I'm thinking eBay is the way to go but I'm waiting until it's hard to find.

Then with the money I get from it I will buy some badly sought after DVDs I want...

Treasures Mickey in Colour 1
Treasures Silly Symphonies
Snow White platinum
Beauty and the Beast platinum

If anyone has these and willing to get rid of them I'll buy! But I don't have a credit card. :(

I badly want all of those. I love the Silly Symphonies cartoons and I don't have the set, my favourite Mickey is on the set I'm misisng and Snow White is one of my top animated movies of all time. I saw it about a year ago in a store but I was short a few bucks so my friend bought it. I have not seen it in any store since. :(
