Battle Number Six! Frollo against Yzma!

Frollo is a dark, scary guy who won't stop at anything to destroy Gypsies.

Yzma is a wacky villain who likes to whip up some potion, even the ones that will kill Kuzco!

Now, these two will battle each other for the first time! Who will win?

Note: Yzma doesn't have potions with her.

I choose Frollo. He's one of Disney's strongest villians, in my opinion.

yzma..although she's a scraggily, skin and bones purple lady, she's hilarious and has some powerful stuff.
