What lofty dreams I dream...

Post by indrajit »

I have a dream...

... that one day I can buy all seasons of Darkwing Duck on DVD. Oh what a sweet moment that would be.

How about you? What Disney Afternoon Classic would y'all like to have in your collection?

Better yet - let me know how I... uh we...umm we all.... can persuade the "powers that be" that it is in our mutual interest to have these shows on dvds. By email? Phone call? Snail mail? Anything would be appreciated.

BTW... the other shows I want are
Talespin, and
Ducktales
I know there are certainly some Gargoyles fans out there. Speak up!

They hook us and then deny us!?? How dare they? ( :( )

C'mon join and let us ALL voice our demand as one:
"Disney Afternoon on Disney DVD!!!"

:D :) 8) :P

You can express your interest about getting these shows on DVDs (or any other matter, really) to Disney's hotline 1-800-72-DISNEY and e-mail Disneyinfo@Disneyhelp.com. They log your comments and pass them along to the Marketing Department.

Of course, Disney *does* know that their animated TV shows are hot properties. They'd have to be entirely out of touch with their fanbase to not think these DVDs would sell well. If they are coming, and I can't think of any reason why they shouldn't be, I'm sure they're formulating plans.

DuckTales, Talespin, and I want on DVD the old Chip and Dale(I think it was part of a Mickey Mouse special) Christmas specials. I loved those growing up.
