I must have at least half a dozen different lithograph sets, I have no idea what to do with them however, I even have a Star Wars Episode I set that someone bought for me as a gift...what do you guys do with them?

We are planning on moving into a house in a couple of months. My wife is an early childhood teacher and we plan on using them to decorate the daycare she is planning on operating out of our home.

We just completely re-did our 4 year-old's room while she was visiting with cousins in Michigan, and one of the things we did was frame eight lithos in steel grey frames and hang them in her room.

She loved it 8)

I think I may do that when I start teaching (or when I have kids), but those are both a few years off...or at least, teach ing is...kids, that's many years off.

I've ever only framed two, The Ursula one that was released with the limited issue edition of the Little Mermaid (I bought the video edition at that time) and the Sleeping Beauty lithograph that was released with the DVD release.

I dont have many Lithographs. But what me and my mom do use to do when we had our hosue was hang them up in the guest room or office in the house. Its a nice touch and I loved it. But right now we are leaving in smaller quarters so they are in a box... for now.

Aww, that's cute. :) I'm glad your daughter liked the idea.

I have my Lion King and Brother Bear lithos on a shelf. The lithos are still inside the envelope because I don't have any room to hang them. I hardly have any room on my walls. After I get the Simba's Pride litho, I'm going to stack it on top of the Brother Bear envelope.

I have been collecting disney lithos for since I was a freshman in high school and I have acquired quite a collection in the past years. I'd say I have 40 or more but unfortunatly my room in the apartment isn't large enough for more than 4 or 5 to be displayed at a time. Not to mention that my roomate isn't a fan of Disney at all and as a result she won't let me put any in our makeshift office. For now, some are stored at my parents house, some at my boyfriend's house, and some are with me at my house. I cannot wait till I get a house of my own (no roomates) so I can display my lithos as I please.

I don't bother with lithos. Often they're shots right from the film itself - scenes that are so generic (or conversely, so obscure), that it really doesn't make sense to me to have a still picture of it. It just seems extraneous. I know some may like how lithos "capture the moment" - but to me, lithos are just one big "meh". e_e

Now, at the UK Disney site, they've got some great Disney art - ranging from lithos to promos to concept art - available "on demand" - in different sizes, with or without framing, etc. Here's the main page - http://www.disney.artgroup.com/mall/dep ... ore=disney

It's really cool - check it out! ^_^

Honestly, I tend to agree with Paka.

I agree also, but I have them, since they were free...I'd never actually buy one if it were sold individually.

I frame and hang them in my private bed chambers. Roughly 15 or so on my walls. The rest are neatly stored in a box in my closet. I sometimes buy the Disney themed frames, I have the Lilo Set of 4 (got them on clearance for $3 each), Beauty set of 4 (full retail), and have the Aladdin set on order. I can't remember if TLK had custom frames? :? Well I think they did and I passed, just too much frames to handle.

i'm thinking about putting them in a portfolio or album of some sort when i have the time and leaving it on the coffee table or something. i like to leave my walls uncluttered so there is no way i'm going to be putting up lithos in my room and/or home.

The few I have on my walls does not look cluttered. I can see how quickly that can happen. They look beautiful and at last I get to see them. I also considered having them in an album, probably a custom made one to hold my entire collection.

As DisneyGirl, they are free with the pre-sale offer. I enjoy having them and have been collecting since Aladdin in 1993. :D
