Agent Cody Banks 2

Now that ACB2 is on DVD, I thought I'd see what everyone's thoughts were. I just saw it today. I'm a huge fan of the first movie (Frankie Muniz AND Hilary Duff- how could I not be?). This one, while still good, didn't live up to the original at all. I think the absence of Hilary and that hot woman contributed to that, as their replacements weren't as good. I have more thoughts as well, but I'm way too tired and barely processing them. After I've slept some, I'll come back and post them. Hopefully, some of you will have posted your thoughts by then, assuming you've seen it.

I got this yesterday as well I started watching it last night at 11:30 but started to dose off about a half hour into it so I will try again tonight and let you know but so far it seems to be pretty good.

I just recently saw this, and while it was pretty good(for a sequel, at least ) the first was still better. I'm not the biggest fan of ACB, but the movies were enjoyable enough.

I have never seen any of the Agent Cody Banks films. i only like Frankie Muniz when he is on Malcom in the Middle.

How can you ONLY like Frankie Muniz in Malcolm in the middle while you haven't seen the Agent Cody Banks movies? Malcolm in the middle is my favorite sitcom, and I loved seeing Frankie Muniz act in it but I'm not sure if I would like his acting in the Agent Cody Banks movies...

well i have seen commercials to Agent Cody Banks and to tell you the truth, i dont like spy movies very much.

You have to remember that there are diffrent directors of those two movies, and therefore they must get diffrent results.

The first movie was made by Harald Zwart whom I know since he is from Norway. A friend of mine runs his official website and I also help around with it. I even were alowed to come to the Norwegian premiere to the movie and got to talk with Frankie Munitz around 15 minutes. Munitz and his girlfriend were realy nice and down to earth.

MGM did not want to put as much money into the sequal then to the first movie, but they tried to bribe Harald to make it anyway by giving him more sallary, but he declined. Therefore another director got the job with the second one.

I have not seen number 2 yet, but I will do soon I guess.

I enjoyed the film but I did not think it even came close to the original film but it was done well.

Karlsen, that's awesome. I think it would very cool to meet Frankie- I've really liked everything I've seen him in. Tell your director fan that he did an amazing job.

I think the lack of an underlying romance storyline in the sequel kind of hurt it too, because the first one was able to provide both. While I did like Anthony Anderson in the movie (though still not as much as the woman in the first), I wasn't all that crazy about the S-Club girl's performance, but I suppose it worked out o.k.

Agent Cody Banks 2 was worst then the first movie but I did enjoyed both because of Frankie Muniz and Hillary Duff were great in the first film.
I really hope they have a better sequel Agent Cody Banks: Strikes back with the return of Hillary Duff. cool.
