All the President's Men - Is there a special edition coming?

I recently saw for the first time a movie called "ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN". It was amazing! It stars Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman and is all about the Watergate Scandal. If you liked JFK, and/or The Pelican Brief then I suggest you take a look at this title. Anyway, because I liked it so much I wanted to add it to my collection of dvds. I found it at a local retailer, but thought I should find out before a purchase if this was one of those Warner Brother titles that would be getting a special edition soon. It's only $15.99, so if there is no special edition slated for a year or two or something then I'll go ahead and get it. Does anyone have any info?

It's a great movie, but not the best DVD. As such, you'd think it'd be a prime candidate for Special Edition treatment. At a chat with Warner Brothers reps from 2003, they said it was under consideration, but there are no concrete plans.
