Does your Family and Friends know about your love for Disney?
All of my family and friends knows how much Disney means to me and they’re all fine with it. They might not share my obsession but they accept it, no questions asked. And I don’t get it if somebody hides what they like, espcially with something like Disney. I mean, everyone knows Disney, the movies, the characters. And most people have an opinion about it, be it good or bad. It something everyone can talk about. And that’s what I like about it. It’s not like, if you say to your best friend, ”Oh, I just LOVE Justin Bieber! or I love Spice Girls or One Direction” and you most likely gets a negative comment back. But if you say to someone ”I watched The Lion King last night” they’ll probably say something like ”Oh, I remember that one, used to watch it when I was younger”. You know what I mean?
I always love to hear what Disney movie is their favorite or used to be.

Everybody who knows me knows I am/was a big Disney fan, especially of the Walt era.
My boyfriend enjoys our vacationing at the parks, but really isn’t into anything else Disney. He admires Walt from what I’ve shared with him and the “Walt bio films” at the parks. He’s only seen maybe a half dozen Disney films in his life.
We did watch Mary Poppins together last year which he enjoyed.

I’ve always been a Disney fan and it’s always been something I’ve been comfortable sharing with other people. I get more annoyed when people think Disney is the only thing I care about!
As you say, VanessaFan, basically everyone knows Disney and has some connection to it. Especially people of my generation who were born in the “Disney decade.”
