I don't think it's so bad, but I would've liked to see some more colors like red or something. The old cover wasn't so bad. I like the big sword though.

Yes, very very colorful.
I thought that this first DVD cover was ok, but this one is way better.
I give this cover a 10 out of 10 very creative and all the main characters are on the cover.
This is a very well organize art cover.

I like this cover alot. I like how all of the main characters are shown on this cover, and yet it doesn't look crowded. Very nice. :)

Well, I'd like to see a larger pic first, for one thing. ;) I'm also curious about the supposed box set's art. Hopefully it'll be simple and sophisticated, like the TLK box art.

I think this cover, as is, is just okay. Not horrendous (Simba's Pride, anyone?), but not brilliant, either. It almost seems like they spliced two different covers together - the character close-ups on the left, and the "epic scene" stuff on the right, with the sword between. Kinda awkward, I think.

I like the title design a lot - that dragon bordering is the shit - and the sword's pretty cool, too. The random character close-ups and "floating heads" on the left bug me, though. And just like the blindingly bad Sleeping Beauty cover, having a character appear twice on the same cover is a major design faux pas. I say cut out the Mulan floating head, Mushu, and Cri-Kee, move the sword over to the left - maybe even the extreme left, and leave the tiny figure of Mulan and Khan carrying the banner in the corner as is, with the vast snowy landscape behind them.

But of course, that'd be too abstract. Can't have anything that's not in-your-face now, can we?

I think the cover is gorgeous. Now, the movie itself matters more than the cover art, of course, but an attractive cover is nice to display in one's room (which I like to do). And it's just ... it looks pleasant. I love the sword in the middle, and Mulan, and Cri-kee, and the dragon. I haven't actually seen all of Mulan, only bits, so I'm excited about its release. I think it'll rank high up on my list. And I have a great fondness for Orlando's films (Lilo & Stitch, Brother Bear), so ...

I think it's better than the Aladdin cover, though. I would put it in my Top Three, in terms of Disney cover art (with Fantasia 2000 and the Platinum Edition of The Lion King). Very pretty. :)

I really like the overall design of this cover - I wish there had been more red. There's only one thing that really bothers me - when they have Mulan's head reflected in the sword, why didn't they put it as Warrior Mulan's head instead of At-Home Mulan's? That way they could eliminate the floating head all together and it would look really cool. Then again, that's what they did on the VHS cover . . . maybe they didn't want to repeat designs.

I think it's a cool concept, and looks pretty good, but I was hoping for something a bit more majestic.
