It comes from this site, But what do you think about it,
And why does it is called Lion King 2 instead of Lion King II.
Could this be a european cover because lion king 1 1/2 is called in europe the lion king 3.

eh, I'm not really sure on the whole numbering system thing.

However, I do not like how the cover looks for some reason. Maybe it's cause I haven't seen the movie in forever, but it just seems too different from the original (note that I do know that this is not the original).

I like it, but for some reason I think it would look better if they switch Kiara and Kovu. Then it would look like Simba is looking at Kiara, and Kiara and Kovu would be facing eachother.

You might want to check out this thread for discussion on this, and there's a poll. :)

I was wondering about the "II" and "2" thing as well... I think they dropped the Romam number so it can match "The Lion King 1 1/2".

Looks a little different to what I have. If you're interested, you can look at the Finnish DVD cover. I think the cover advance posted looks a little better.

I don't understand why it's called Lion King 3 here. The events take place around the first Lion King so it would be smarter to call it Lion King 1½ like it is called in smarter parts of the world. I also have the Finnish DVD cover of Hakuna Matata too.

Damn, I don't like that finnish cover at all.. also I'm happy that the Lion King 3 is called Lion King 3 and not 1½. I think they called it 3 because it's made after Lion King 2.
