Columbia's TV-on-DVD Poll 2

Post by Loomis »

Columbia have announced their new poll for most wanted TV shows on DVD.

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=292

The last poll directly led to or eventually had an impact on releases of DVDs for shows like The Tick, Soap, Dilbert (all poll winners), Designing Women, The Critic, Barney Miller, and recent announcements for upcoming Just Shoot Me! and Who's The Boss? sets. NewsRadio is coming soon.

There aren't a huge amount of good shows there, more nostalgia stuff, but it could be interesting...

I voted, too. I really want to see I Dream of Jeannie make it to DVD as that's one of my favorite shows. I suspect Bewitched (which isn't in the poll) to be released around the time the movie hits screens next year (they did it with Charlie's Angels and Starsky and Hutch, and I know they'll do it with Bewitched).
