aladdin in italy?

I Know that finally the Special Edition of Aladdin will be released in October. Now, it's well known, as usual, the usa (or region 1) release date, but I would know the european (or region 2) one! I think that, if we go back to what happened with lion King, there will be the same date (at least the same month) for both region 1 and region 2 (with, of course all local versions), but if we think to Finding nemo, we have to wait 5 months!
can please anybody help me?
By the way, I am new in this forum, so I introduce myself:
I am Monica and I come from Italy, my great passion (and also my daddy's) is to watch disney's cartoons and movies. My first tale ever (I was 1 or 2 months), at least according to what my mother says, was "lady and the tramp" (here "Lilli e il vagabondo"), then I watched everything. now my favorite ones are "beauty and the beast" 1 and 2, aladdin and the beautiful Mary Poppins..........

The reason Finding Nemo was later than the US release was that the film was out in American theaters first. In that case, Disney don't release the local DVDs until sometime after the local cinemas have finished showing the film.

Aladdin is a title that has been out of the cinemas for a long time, so it is likely that, like Snow White, Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King, Italy will have the DVD release within weeks of the American release.

well, hi first of all.

I know that with finding nemo and other new movies things go like that, but there are also other "ancient" titles like Alice in wonderland, for which we are still waiting, while in Region 1 they are already available, that's why I asked about Aladdin... anyway, rethinking about my question, I came to the answer you wrote............... thank you 4 yr kindness

at least for a while, the title aladdin promise to be an worldwide release in octubre, but some few countries, make some changes to adapt the relase date with it local market, an exaple was the lion king and autralia, that the dvd was jus released ther few weeks ago.

So, is because that, is unsure say that the dvd wil or not be relased in octubre in italy, but everything leads us to say that it will be released in octubre.

Aladdin will, just like The Lion King, be released on October 15 in Holland.

then I think that it will happen the same as the lion king, that is we'll have aladdin the week after the us release....
I take the 15 oct as the most likely one, because I think that Disney italia follows the european officila release date...
