Disney is developing a TV spinoff of their Disney Descendants franchise. The series follows Evie back home to recruit more Villain Kids to bring them to Auradon. Evie's journey is complicated by her mother, the Evil Queen, who feigns a desire to reconnect with her estranged daughter to turn Evie back into a villain. Evie must realize who she is and whether or not she is truly good or evil.
It is unknown at this time if Sofia Carson and Kathy Najimy will be reprising their roles as Evie and the Evil Queen. It is also unknown what form this series will take. The series is said to be debuting in 2018.
