Disney Blu-Ray Request: "Tough Guys"

Dear Mr. Iger,

I have a proposal for Walt Disney Home Entertainment: to release for the first-time EVER on Blu-Ray the hit 1986 Touchstone Pictures action comedy film "Tough Guys," the final film pairing of Burt Lancaster & Issur Danielovitch (known professionally as Kirk Douglas).

The movie, released theatrically on October 3, 1986, starred Burt Lancaster & Issur Danielovitch as, respectively, Harry Doyle & Archie Long, 2 convicted train robbers who just finished a 30-year Prison Sentence, after which they are reprimanded to the Community; because Harry was past the Mandatory Retirement Age, he was, upon his Parole, sent to a retirement home; Archie, meanwhile, fared somewhat better, having gotten a job as an Ice Cream worker.

Also in the cast were Dana Carvey as Richie Evans, Archie & Harry's Parole Officer; Charles Durning as Officer Deke Yablonski, a Cop who was sure Harry & Archie would go back to their old habits (as they did after stealing a train to the Mexican Border); and Eli Wallach as Leon B. Little, a Hit Man who despised the train robbers so much that he wanted to kill them.

Tentatively, Disney shall release "Tough Guys" on Blu-Ray on June 10, 2014 at a cost of $29.99 wherever Blu-Rays are sold and shall rebrand the movie under the Walt Disney Pictures brand.
