On the 2001 Platinum edition it mentions these as being lost after the Buena Vista era where R.K.O cards were hacked off.
It then shows imitated R.K.O cards. How can the originals be lost for good? Surly someone out there has to have an original film print right?

Wait... I could have sworn the 2009 HD-remastered Blu-ray actually does have those RKO titles fully restored seamlessly. (except for the new 5-second Walt Disney Pictures clip at the end of film, but not a biggie) ... unless those are re-creations of those titles. Can't say for certain.
