I just got a copy of Pinocchio Platinum edition combo pack indvd style case and it only came with movie rewards, no chapter booklet etc.
It also had no security tape on top of the case either.
Is this cause to think it's a bootleg?

I checked my copy. I don't know about the security tape but there are three inserts that came with it - DMR code, coming soon booklet, and a chapter page. It's also worth mentioning that I have the DVD Blu Ray combo in a DVD case, and that there are two locking snap things on the side. I don't know what they're actually called.
