Disc?
I bought a used copy off Ebay, it appears to be legitmate. Double case with all inserts and no slipcover. It plays perfect except for the deleted scenes on disc 2.
No matter where i try to play them it just freezes the disc. I've tried it on several comps, 3 different dvd players, and a portable dvd player. It's the only thing that freezes on the set.
The discs have no serious scratches and it's not like the scene play and skip, it just freezes up until i have to eject the disc.
Again i believe this to be a legitimate copy due to it having all inserts, being in the write case, and having all of the right colors.
Anyone ever have a problem like this?

I've actually never had an issue with my copy. I'm not sure how to help, since I don't think Disney would give a replacement since the Snow White Platinum is a decade-old release at this point.

Listening to most often lately:
Taylor Swift ~ "Elizabeth Taylor"
Katy Perry ~ "bandaid"
Meghan Trainor ~ "Still Don't Care"

looks just like mine which isn't a bootleg. Judging from the pictures I'd say it's real
Also take a picture of the disc because it could be suffering for Disc Rot.

I can confirm that I once owned the Region 1 Snow White DVD, and that it was defective. In my case it was Disc 1. The film itself used to get stuck and skip. On some players this only happened a little. On more sensitive models it happened all the time. On my PC DVD-ROM drive, it wouldn't even load!
After a few months of trying to solve the problem, I returned the disc to the store. If I still had it, I would have created a backup of Disc 2 (the one you need) and mailed it to you. And then you could have kept your copy, since it seems genuine.
I also had a defective Emperor's New Groove Region 1 DVD. I have since replaced it with the Region 2 Collector's Edition.
