...does anyone have any suggestions for another Disney fan forum members here could go to? :? Perhaps we could keep our current usernames in a different forum so we could thusly recognise each other.

I usually go to and hang out in narutoforums.com. Despite it begining a naruto forum, it has assloads of other sections and threads like Debate, News, TV& Movies, comics, art, polls etc. The members are also more lulzy and fun as we make numerous hilarious jokes and shit.

I know that one of our UD forum members has been working on a new forum which we could join when this one goes down. At least, she was talking about it a few months ago. I don't know if she got it up and running yet. I leave it to her to announce it. I like the idea of a board of our own, instead of collectively having to join another forum. I don't what it costs to keep a forum running. Maybe we could all chip in a bit to help her out?

Who? :?

I also like the idea of a new board of our own, so we wouldn't be 'Newbies' in a sense to another forum.

I'm not gonna tell you who it is. It's not up to me to reveal that. If she wants it to be known, she will let us know. Otherwise I'm not talking. But yeah, I have that same feeling.

Well, the Forum I was referring to is From Screen to Theme, and i think it was created by one of us. At least they're well organized.

There a whole subsection dedicated to bashing Goliath and how evil he is.

Well, he certainly wanted that to be seen! He had a link to his forum in his signature...

I was going to join, but I wasn't sure if he actually wanted people to or not since he took out the link from his sig. I think he just used it to vent, but I enjoyed reading some of the film reviews he had there.

I have to admit that this is the only forum I really visit anymore, so it'd be sad to see it go. I used to be huge on KH forums--KHWorld, The Ansem Report, kh2.net, KHU--but the fandom's a bit dead these days considering the long gaps between central installments. There was also some other Disney forum I was part of that died two or three years ago. I'm a member at LeakyLounge, but I don't post anymore.

That website's forum has a few of the UD Members who use the same avatars and usernames as on here (pap64, for example), but it's mostly focused on the theme parks.

www.Animatedviews.com is an animation-related site with reviews and a discussion forum primarily about animated films and TV. I've been thinking of joining for awhile (NOT as a replacement for UD; in addition to it), but for some reason never got around to it.

Would someone please post a link to Lazario's forum? (If you don't want to post a link, you can send it via PM)
"Feed the birds, tuppence a bag"- Mary Poppins
"How high does the sycamore grow? If you cut it down, then you'll never know"- Pocahontas
"I do not make films primarily for children. I make them for the child in all of us, whether he be six or sixty. Call the child innocence." - Walt Disney

I'm 'bumping' this in order to see if anyone has new suggestions and also so some of us can stay in contact with one another if one member says, for example, that they're signing up to a particular forum not previously mentioned here.

Does anyone else kinda feel like we're planning a pilgrimage of some sort? lol

I know I for sure am really going to miss this place if it goes. It's been a pretty stable part of my life for the past 7 years. In that time I've gone to college and graduated, lived in 3 states, moved 5 times, collected every DAC on DVD, and made some really great friends. In all that time I think the longest I've ever been away from the board was a week, even though I may not post a lot I visit mostly every day. I really hope to find a good enough substitute, because there really is no place like home. :(
