Free time???

Well, you see... I was just kind of wandering what everyone does with their freetime?? I usually write my story(coming out in April/May

), or draw pictures, watch Aladdin, or....like SOME of you here...go on the internet!

In my free time, I read, write or watch movies, mostly The Rescuers, since it is my favorite.

I like to read books, magazines and comics in my free time.
Watch DVD and Videos mainly Disney ones.
I also like to watch cartoons like The Simpsons, TMNT, Static Shock, Teen Titans, Jackic Chan Adventures, X-Men, Yu-gi-oh and Justice League.
I love to watch 7th Heaven, Malcolm in the Middle, Smalville, Angel, Everwood and Charmed.
Friends is ok and so is Survivor.

I love to go the stores and the movie threater most of the time.
I'm a college student and work so it's hard.

Too bad you college people hardly have freetime! That's why it's best to be in highschool! Like me!!!
...I fell sorry for you people who don't have so much freetime that you get bored!

Hoo ha! I pity you all that are in SCHOOL!......I'm homeschooled and I don't have to do schoolwork for a week since I gotta get a new book!

Anyway, here's what I do on my freetime:

Draw
play my gamecube
eat
sleep (listen to music in bed)
watch movies (rarely, if I'm bored enough)
go on the computer
make sprites
make comics
work on my drawn comic
....eat s'more
sleep s'more......
.........

That's all I can think of.....oh yeah, and read and be stupid and annoying!!

hey! I just said I'm in highschool! i homeschool as well! you see, I'm actually supposed to be in 8th grade, but I skipped 8th and went to ninth....the transition of grades is easier when you homschool!

Well, the time I don't spend here usually gets spent in one of the following ways:

- going out with my girlfriend
- collecting/watching DVDs
- eating
- collecting/reading comics
- writing screenplays
- collecting/watching porn
- the peanut butter thing
- collecting/listening to CDs
- going out to gigs (2 this weekend - Bowie & A Perfect Circle)
- living on the Internet

I think that sums up Living La Vida Loomis at the moment.

In my freetime, I write and research most of the time. Yup. Research. I research stuff like Disney, newest movies, best websites, HTML, Greek Mythology, and Aladdin, since I love it so much!

Yup. Whenever someone asks me what I did all day, I say, "Oh, I researched some topics that I'm interested in." They always think I'm so good and bright...

...But they don't know me.

(Somewhat sensible) things I do:

Collect DVDs and sometimes watch them (I seem to have more DVDs than I can watch)

Play retrogames on my consoles (just dug my Saturn out of storage and having a great time playing Street Fighter Zero 2 and Capcom Generations vol 2 - The Ghosts and Goblins Collection, and am having a whale of a time on Smash TV on the Xbox Midway retro pack)

Play new games on my consoles (I'm also enjoying playing Project Gotham Racing 2 and Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone on the Xbox)

(Somewhat less sensible) things I do:

Argue about UNIT dating with lots of Dr Who fanatics (They were set in the late 70's - early 80's I tell you!)

Obsess about Silent Hill (especially the upcoming Silent Hill 4, it looks to be the creepiest yet and may top SH2)

Eat far too many Jelly Belly jelly beans (although to be fair I do that at work too)

Browse Amazon.Com. Put DVDs into my shopping cart, then remove them, then put them back in again (until eventually buying anyway)

Oh, yeah. Strange I forgot that because it takes up a fair whack of my eveneings when I am not out and about.

With my free time...

Sometimes I write (fiction, fantasy-like stories, romance), occasionally read (the Redwall novels, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine books, and Murder, She Wrote novels). Watch and collect movies (Disney, of course, and otherwise). The most recent movie(s) I watched were Galaxy Quest and Watership Down. And I follow the movie awards season (the Globes, Guilds, and the Academy Awards).

And BBC shows. I collect and watch those (on DVD). Like, I have: Keeping Up Appearances, Are You Being Served, Ballykissangel, Monarch of the Glen, and Yes, Prime Minister). I just really like those shows.

I watch squirrels. I like squirrels, and have started a squirrel collection (so far, a plush, a beanie baby, some books, greeting cards). Um...and I also collect other things, like Indiana things (the state flag, a keychain, postcards, et cetera), and stuffed animals, among other things.

When at home (in the countryside, on a farm), I spend a lot of time outside...at the creek and woods, or just out and about, walking, thinking...and when here, at school, I often walk about town, looking at places, observing. And I spend time on the computer, listen to a lot of music (Sixpence None the Richer, Caedmon's Call, a lot of film scores, and other artists like Norah Jones, Bic Runga, The Sundays).

I guess that's about it, or what immediately comes to mind.

Homeschool is great!

Add another person to the "homeschooled" list. I've been homeschooled since 2nd grade. My school only takes 30 minutes a day.

And I too have skipped a grade. I'm supposed to be a sophomore but I'm actually a junior.

But anyways, in my free time I like to read, write, watch a dvd (Smallville, Alias, 24 or a movie), and get on the internet. Fun stuff right there.
