Yes! Been wanting to purchase this season, which is by far the best (maybe it's just the EXTREMELY improved video quality). It's too expensive on iTunes, so this season set will be great (especially since we only got season sets for 1, but I guess the previous seasons were a lot longer).

tvshowsondvd.com wrote:Today the studio announced that they are going even further with that: on March 8th they will put out Hannah Montana (Forever) - The Final Season: The Ultimate Fan Experience. This 2-DVD set will come with all the episodes from the 4th season, plus it will be packed with goodies, too! Fans might consider this strange, because the first season was released on DVD, but the second and third seasons never were. However, ABC/Disney wants to tie in this release to the end of the show's broadcasts.

Look for a Collectible 28-Page Memory Book (illustrated with iconic moments from the series), a Signed Photo of Hannah Montana, a DVD-Exclusive Alternate Ending to the Series Finale, a "Cast Goodbyes" Featurette, another Featurette titled "From Auditions to Wrap: The Cast Looks Back", and more. Video is anamorphic widescreen, audio is English 2.0 Dolby Digital, and there are audio and subtitle options in French and Spanish as well.Cost is $29.99 SRP

Wow, we're actually getting another season set domestically.

I wonder if this will get BD release. I know other seasons sets do.

Disney and BD release of a season set? You don't belive that in real, do you?
We're talking 'bout Disney here, they live 10 years behind reality.

A few months ago, they released season 1 of Sonny in 4:3!
And on Season 2 and 3 of Hannah Montana, there is one episode missing (No Sugar, Sugar and Uptight - at least Uptight belongs to the standard season)

wow, disney channel's queen gets the royal treatment while the other shows like Kim Possible get zilch (well, there's the DMC exclusive Season 1 and 2 is it?), but not everyone can buy that). Sonny has ONE dvd released here and its one volume with 4 episodes + a bonus episode and the episodes on there, (not counting the bonus one) are 1,2,3 and 5. Why they skipped the 4th one I have NO clue.

I am not a fan of Hannah Montana. The show doesn't deserve the royal treatment when the other shows are left in the dark for years.
Disney Channel died when they stopped airing movies with Haley mills (Parent Trap and Pollyanna) and fun adventure movies like Swiss Family Robinson. R.I.P. the REAL Disney Channel. Date of Death: When the shows became teenie bopperish.

It's about time they release another season set. Disney better release the rest of the season of Hannah Monatana and Lizzie McGuire. I wish that Disney release That's So Raven in season sets but it's not going to happen.

I'm probably gonna watch the series finale tonight! I know it gets a lot of hate, but I really really like the show. I actually started watching Disney Channel right around the time the show started airing so I couldn't really compare it to the older shows
But the thing that makes Woody special, is he'll never give up on you... ever. He'll be there for you, no matter what.

Just finished watching it. Only Oliver, Jesse, Amber, and Ashley came back from the past, and all only briefly. It was ok, just kind of cheesy at the end (Miley coming back from Paris to go to college with Lilly), but still very good. It was very good at wrapping up all the goodbyes, and it was a great closure to the show.

So.... aside from more music-making, what's next for Miley? Heck; I think the REAL question is what's next for EVERYONE on the show?

Hopefully retirement. :P

Becoming the next Tabloid's play toy for them to pick on. That and She will succumb into dark side of the whore.

I agree. I actually found it sad that's it's all over. I enjoyed the episode.

Well, to my knowledge, the seasons 1-3 weren't filmed in HD so it's understandable as to why they wouldn't get one. Season 4 though is a different story.

The Sonny release is baffling as it was the first DCOS to be filmed in HD from the beginning. At least you guys have season sets of that. Domestically there aren't any. Seasons 2 and 3 of Hannah Montana haven't been released here either.

She returned for an episode before the finale and after the reveal.

We had
- I'll always remember you: the reveal.
- Can you see the real me: a lome episode with clips.
- Kiss it all goodbye: the return of Dolly Parton.
- I am Mamaw, Hear me roar: the return of Mamaw.
- Wherever I go: the return of Jesse, Oliver, Ashley and Amber.

It was a good episode, I liked it. I even teared up a bit in the end. The duet Miley-Emily is beautiful, I think Emily has a good voice.

I actually thought back though the last 5 years and how much the show was a part of my life. I'm actually sad to see it go. I thought the duet was great!
