How do you guys feel?!

The US tends to stagger the reissues of sequels by a couple of months, whereas in Europe and elsewhere, they come at almost the same time as the original. Cinderella II got re-released in the UK around December 2005, only two months after the Platinum hit shelves, whereas it got re-released in the US the following winter, I believe. Personally, I'm not too bothered about the sequels. I doubt they'll come to Blu-Ray, anyway.Matt wrote:I know that most of you don't care about the Beauty and the Beast Sequels: The Enchanted Christmas & Belle's Magical World. But I enjoyed both of them and there was talk of them being released to US with new bonus features but we got nothing! Other Country's got them but why not US?! I don't get that.
Grateful that today's generation of children won't have to grow up with Belle's Magical World.Matt wrote:How do you guys feel?!

Each sequel comes with a bonus episode from Disney's Sing Me a Story with Belle. I loved them so much!
The Enchanted Christmas features the episode 5: Stick to It (Don't Give Up)
Belle's Magical World features the episode 22: What's Inside Counts
Here's a pic of my two trilogies from Beauty and the Beast:
Yes, it features Jordin Sparks music video and Celine Dion music video.Matt wrote: I am so jealous of you right now lol!
Maybe you can answer some questions for me.
What bonus features are on disc 2 on the original BATB??? Is Jordin Sparks Music Video on there? Also the Original BATB Music Video as well?!
Are there any new Music Videos on the Enchanted Christmas? And what are all the features as well.
What else is on the orginial DVD?bruno_wbt wrote:Yes, it features Jordin Sparks music video and Celine Dion music video.Matt wrote: I am so jealous of you right now lol!

And The Christmas one, features the old Play's music video.
Do you think it's in an effort to bring "respect" back to their animated film releases? I remember reading posts that a lot of people felt that before DTV sequels, Disney movies were an "event." After all the DTV sequels flooded the market, most people probably didn't notice the difference between the theatrical releases and the lesser quality material.milojthatch wrote:I'm getting the feeling from Disney that the DTV films are getting the shaft when it comes to Blu Ray. Which basically means it may be a long time before we see any of them again, if ever. What has been released may be all that will be released. Time will tell.
I would hope so. The best way to do that is to remove the sequels from public conscious.MJW wrote:Do you think it's in an effort to bring "respect" back to their animated film releases? That could be, Lassiter after all has never been a fan of them and now he is the top dog in Animation. Maybe it's something to do with him? I don't know and thus far I have not read anything to suggest either way. The only thing I have seen is that before, when we had the Platinum Edition DVD's, the DTV films would follow, where as now, with the Diamond Edition Blu Rays, their have been no DTV films released yet, with none on the horizon.MJW wrote:Do you think it's in an effort to bring "respect" back to their animated film releases?
