Jon Stewart rips apart Tea Party candidates on stupidity

Post by Goliath »

You're all going to LOVE this (Lazario, especially). I nearly thought I would die laughing when Stewart covered all the batshit crazy stuff the Tea Party candidates have done over the weekend! They have literally gone insane and have given new meaning to the word 'loonatic'. And who better to handle this than Jon? :D

You do know that Jon Stewart is a comedian, don't you. I saw this and and took in consideration Jon's sense of humor. Just loves to rip politicians and doesn't discriminate about party lines or anything. Just enjoy and remember it is just entertainment.

That's probably why I have to laugh at him all of the time. But thanks for reminding me! :P

Seriously, though: if you've seen Stewart interviewing Jim Cramer, or Tony Blair, Dick Armey and if you've seen his 'I give up'-segment (which I posted here in a thread with the same title), you wouldn't think he was 'just' a comedian. In fact, if you look at tv news in the US, he's the only real hard-hitting, serious journalist left --that's why he single-handeldy got CNN's Crossfire off the air! :D

So are Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity and the like. They just don't admit it.
