my other fanfics WIP

After the mess with the Dalek story I have not touched some other fanfics I was working on.

One was a War of the Worlds with Disney Princesses getting attacked by the Martians and at one point some of the characters end up on handling machines with Cinderella's blood starting to be drained. I was near the end when I stopped.

Another idea started but didn't get far involved some Disney Characters accidentally launched into space I haven't even finished the first part but it is going to be dark with them returning to a future eartth in which Disney no longer exists and all the parks are destroyed. Just too afraid to post anymore. When I try to convert what I have to post on my site the formatting sometimes gets wrecked and quotes sometimes disappear. Do I need commas after every spoken line? Trust me I can come up with other stuff easily but don't know if I should even try.

It's okay, but you should have posted this in your dalek story thread and just edited your first post in that thread to say it was about all your stories.

I think you're ideas are cool, and some of them sound really original, and all of them are very interesting. But they are not the kinds of things I am really into, and I don't usually read other people's stories except some of my friends and some books sometimes.

I hope that you find a lot of people who want to read these stories. Doesn't fanfiction.net have people who read your stories?

Did you look at the links in the thread you posted your dalek story in? That might help you know how to make your stories written in a more correct format and make them more readable.

Also, the way that Escapay wrote the story should have shown a lot. Maybe what happened was you followed what Escapay did, but he only went so far, and after that point you were lost again on how to do the grammar.

It is ok if you still miss some things some times. Don't you have anyone who can proofread your stories for you? A friend or a family member, a parent or a brother or someone?

You might get better and better at writing after a while of them showing you how, too.

If I went any further, I'd be begging the Daleks to conquer and destroy me. I generally dislike anything with a lot of grammatical errors, and while it was a good challenge for me to fix them, after awhile it really got to me and I just had to stop, otherwise I might have thrown my laptop across the room.

Anyways, to answer your question, bradhig...well, let me just do this as an example:

"This is how you use commas when people speak," said Escapay.

"Notice how it's only a comma when there's a speaker tag after the line," said Escapay again.

"However, if you don't have a speaker tag after the line, then you can use a period like this."

Escapay continued, "But when you put the speaker tag before the line, use a comma there."

"Also, if using an exclamation point or a question mark, you don't need commas. Isn't that great?"

As for Aurora getting kidnapped by Cybermen...interesting idea, though I can't imagine what they'd do with her. Unless they want to learn how to kill the Doctor with sleep and need pointers from her on how to do it.
