Disney DVD Return Policy
For the last few weeks, I have been watching Disney Treasures Zorro Season 1. Tonight, I started watching disc 3 in a PS3 and the disc gave off a horrible whir sound. I decided to check disc 1 in the PS3, no sound. Then, I placed disc 3 in another DVD player, again sound. After examining the disc, it looks like it has a clear ring under the surface. Is it possible the disc was warped when pressed? Does Disney have a return policy for older orders?

Depends on when and where you bought it
Did you buy it through the Disney Movie Club? or from a online vendor? If you got it through the club, I believe, that if the title is still in stock. They will exchange it. The only thing about this particular title is that, it was a limited pressing. If you bought it through a vendor online, they have a certain grace period that they will either refund or exchange the dvd. I certainly hope things work out for you...have you tried playing it in another dvd player?? I know your frustration, I bought a copy of Dr. Syn off of Ebay for 130.00 and the disc skips!! can u imagine my upset? Anyways, good luck and keep us updated on what happens

I am sorry to hear about Dr. Syn. It's such an expensive title now.
