Look in the comments page. They're still spouting BS. Also, I confront one of them in a very mature manner, and he can't even bottle up his obvious anger issues and blows up at me, calling me a traitor, liberal(which I probably am, even though I like to keep an open mind), stupid, dumbass, and saying things that were most definitely proven wrong and buried years ago. He's acting like a friggin' 3-yr old denied a sweet!

Of course, I'm complaining here, but people of such low maturity levels should be banned from the internet, IMO.

I should probably stop watching politics on youtube, or just ignore the comments.

By the time most people see this topic, I think your comments will be buried under a mountain of other crap. Maybe you should do a Print-Screen and make a cap pic of the comments so your arguments aren't lost.

If it helps at all, I don't think there's anything these people can do about Obama or his religion. They're just childish muckrakers. And he may not be re-elected. If Goliath is right, all he is is a lesser evil as a political force. And that's not good enough. That's not going to help America out of the shape it's in.

But, trying to stop or prove wrong America's aggressive intolerance for religions other than Christianity is a lost cause. All you can do is make noise and it gets lost in a sea of other peoples' noise.

Youtube is the center of everything that is evil. I wouldn't take any of it personal, there are A LOT of trolls on especially video's conserning politics, religion, movie trailers (I know right  ), music videos, etc. They annoy me to no extent too, but what can you do about it?

If only we could collectively walk away from it. But, damn it, they have way too many fun comedy clips, music videos, free tv shows, and - well, in some cases - whole movies. It saves money and time and has been one of the few pleasures I get in this crappy life I have to live. Yet, it makes me feel as guilty as shopping at WalMart sometimes.

Some times.

Anytime there's a large amount of anonymity you've gotta expect stupid, trolling comments since many don't ever feel they have to be held accountable for what they say.

That's why I stay away from most imageboards and certain types of sites, and don't typically pay attention to comments at places like youtube. Smaller sites like UD have more of a sense of community. ;)

That's your first problem, watching politics on YouTube. I never trust it on there since there could be lots of editing done to the vids before posting.

If there's anything worse than conservative trolls on there it's liberal trolls. True story. If you think that video's comments are bad, go to any fox news youtube vid. and read the comments.

Why would anyone bother watching a Fox News YouTube video? Don't people have anything better to do, like stare into the sun for hours? :P

Faux Noise deserve all crap they receive. Faux Noise makes money from having dumbasses on tv 24 hours a day, who spout nothing but hateful, hurtful and racist remarks. Oh, and they haven't told the truth one single time. Simply put, Faux Noise is a threat to democracy. The way they talk about president Obama is inciting hatred and violence. If something happens to him, Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity and the rest of their ilk are responsible.

First of all, Youtube is Youtube. They're a bunch of whining, cursing, ranting, complaining strangers that really annoy you yet they are awesome at making hilarous youtube poop and videos. I've seen some ridiculous comments there, but I enjoy their videos so much that there's no big deal unless you try to meddle with them.

Secondly, I dislike both conservatives and liberals. Both are a bunch of hateful radicals that think they own the parties and will destroy anyone who dares challenge their extreme views. Conservatives force Republicans to believe in their ideology entirely or otherwise they'll force them to lose. I'm no big fan of Obama, but the things said against him (being muslim or un-American) is ridiculous. Then there are the liberals that are just as crazy. They want to rush Healthcare so no law-maker can have time to read the bill. They also like to be big nannies telling us what to do and what not to do. They're also spending money like it's on trees. Whatever happend to the moderates? It seems that both conservatives and liberals hate moderates and wish they would go away. As a moderate, I don't believe in being absolutely behind one party or one ideology. I'm not an independent because I think voting for one is a waste of a vote and there will never be an indepedent president. It just irritates me how stubborn, rude, and ignorant they both are.

I've never seen Youtube politics, but I can imagine the bile posted there.
Say no to moldy, disgusting crackers!

You know what's insulting? I know a 5 yr old who's capable of handling much more mature conversation than most of those guys,or kids his age, for that matter.

Honestly, I'm just beating a dead horse. I already saw the replies when I posted this topic, but I just wanted to bring it up again.

What I'm saying is that hey think Obama is the Devil, and it's only been ONE year out of decades of ruin.

Honestly, somebody STILL thinks that it was the democrats that stopped the 9/11 warning from reaching President Bush's ears. I can't remember if that's true or not, but what I heard was the Bush Administration ignoring the warning.

Oh, and I told him to either grow up, or take a hike. He's far too emotionally unstable.

 They're rushing it through so fast that it has already taken them 7 months and they're still debating it. Which lawmaker at this point hasn't had time to read it? I'd like to know.
IagoZazu wrote:They also like to be big nannies telling us what to do and what not to do.
 Yeah, it's liberals who want to tell us whom we can or cannot marry?

Please don't insult my intelligence by repeating age-old clichés and myths about liberals that you have heard on Faux and then try to pretend you're a 'moderate'.

Well, he's black! His middle name is Hussein! He has a name that rhymes with 'Osama'! What more proof do you want? He's evil! Evil I tell you!!!!1!1

Of course it's not true! Bush was in office for 8 months when the attack happened. The Clinton-administration had left him with a bunch of warnings. But the first thing Bush did when he came into office, was cutting the FBI and CIA's counter-terrorism budgets, throwing Clinton's warnings out the window and never held one meeting with his counter-terrorism experts. In the months previous to 9/11, Bush was on vacation 42% of the time, according to the NYT.

If those idiotic, immature remarks about Obama, which you described, infuriate you, you're gonna looooove this:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/8dbqt8_ueZw&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/8dbqt8_ueZw&hl=nl_NL&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Ignorance in bliss and in the case of Youtube (or any internet site that has 100% anonymity) its a whole mountain of happy pills.

You really want to see stupidity....go to the Craigslists forums. That will either piss you off or make you ROFL

Three things in life will bring out the stupid in people: politics, religion and sex.

Try having a normal discussion about any of the three and it will go to hell right away, so don't even bother trying.

Try reading the comments at Yahoo Buzz, they'd make Hitler proud! Sometimes they are funny but there are really a lot nasty Fox news types on there. Ironically, I found on article there recently that said that one of the biggest stockholders of News Corp, Fox's parent company, is a guy from Saudi Arabia. LOL, they go on and on about America and how much they dislike 'Muzzies' (on the Yahoo Buzz comments pages) then they find out that their fav news network is owned by one of their enemies.
