The answer to both questions: A Pauly Shore movie. Nothing else needs to be said.

Ok then, I won't watch Bio-dome. Pauly Shore irritates me. Does he act dopey on purpose or is he really dopey? Well while we're warning people not to watch certain movies, DO NOT WATCH XANADU!

When I saw it on tv from a preview I knew it was going suck.

It made little money and it's horrible movie.
