Hey guys! I really need to update my camera, but before I put down the money for one I need some help.
Here's what I want. I want a camera that...
- Record high quality movies so it doubles as a video camera
- Record and take pictures in dimly lit/dark places
- Have a high memory capacity
- Up to 200 dollars in worth, willing to cave in for a little more if the product is good
I will appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks!

Look into Canon or Sony for a high-end digital camera, and make sure that your pixels are above 12.0. Most Digital Cameras take excellent video, but you should buy an extra memory card to use just for your video because it does take up a lot of space on the memory card. I have two memory cards, one if 4GB and I use it for stills, and the other is 8GB, which I use exclusively for video. They are very easy to slip in and out, so using two different memory cards isn't a problem.
I have seen Canon Cameras for right around $150 and as high as $400. The same with Sony.
Good luck.
