How do I embed youtube videos on the forum?

Can someone tell me how to embed Youtube videos in my posts on the forum?
I tried to select, copy and paste the code, but when I click 'paste' I don't see any code, just an empty space. Somehow, this code cannot be copied the same way as a link.

The instructions on youtube aren't really clear on this: It just tells to copy/paste, which I tried...

So if someone can explain the procedure step by step, I'll be much obliged.

Just paste that code from the Embed section on the YouTube video into your post and voila, it will show up after you hit submit.

Example:
