BD-Live and Disney Movie Rewards

Post by ValenciaJoe »

Has anyone been able to have both their BD-Live and Disney Movie Rewards linked up? Whenever I log into BD-Live, it says that I have 0 points, which is not the case. All my Disney accounts have the same email address associated with them, so I really don't know what the problem is. I have tried to get the customer service department at BD-Live to look into it, but with no progress. Anyone have similar issues?

It's not clear(at all), but I think you have to do something within BD-Live to earn points for that.

Besides, everything so far is free. It won't be until Snow White that we actually see stuff worth spending points on. The best they've come up with before now were the vignettes on Prince Caspian. The rest are all avatars.

Don't link them up simple...mine says the same thing, just use the website to register your codes.

Thanks. Thats what I wanted to find out if people are experiencing the same thing. I thought the idea of having the DMR account linked to your BD-Live account was that you could redeem your codes there... basically opening up your Blu-ray disc and entering the DMR code... as opposed to going on-line via your computer and doing that. It's also funny that they show the rewards that one could get, only if the DMR account is linked up!

whenever I entered points on bd-live, it would show them on the website later. I never really checked the number through the blu-ray, but the points were there when I checked from the computer
