With Transformers being announced recently and a new Joe movie this summer, you knew G.I. Joe wouldn't be far behind:

G.I. Joe Season 1, Part 1 is coming to DVD this summer by Shout! Factory. Hopefully, this means that I'll finally be able to get the rest of season 2 on DVD.

For the Jem fans, I don't know if Shout! owns the rights yet or not, but I know Shout! is also looking into possibly releasing that show down the road as well.

Woot. On a side note the various 5 parters are being released on a dvd with G.I Joe figures. I think each set has four or five characters and one dvd. Tempted to pick them up *if* these new G.I Joe sets don't have the mini-series included.

I think I had a heart attack just looking at the price 145$ for this O_o That's in US dollars too, I'd hate to see how much more expensive it is up here.

Sigh, looks like I might miss out on this show yet again.

That's an awesome looking set and I would love to get it but I probably won't be able to find it for cheap like I did the Batman Animated Series set so I'll probably just collect them as they release the individual sets and avoid having to pay it all out of pocket at once.
