Amazing episode.

Can't wait till it airs here in Canada friday night. Uncensored is the only way to watch this show anymore.

So what was the major innuendo re: the Jonas Bros?

Jon, it's about their purity rings.

I'm watching it now, and the DreamWorks references were so funny. I haven't watched SP in a long time, but it's funny. Scary Mickey is scary, though. I'm glad that Mickey is nice and wholesome in real life.

Thanks, BC!
You mean that Disney (well, specifically Mickey Mouse) is forcing the Jonas Bros to wear purity rings so the company can lure girls in with sex, but have it be OK with parents....the purity rings hide the fact that it's really ALL ABOUT SEX....

I think there's some truth to that, not that there's some CONSPIRACY, but that it IS all about sex. Nothing new there, though and Disney's certainly no worse than any other company with a "product" to sell....

What do you guys think????

No one is forcing the guys to wear the rings. I mean, their dad was a minister/pastor/whatever, for crying out loud! Disney has nothing to do with it.

As these pictures from 2006 (before JB was on Hollywood Records) shows, they wore purity rings back then (you can see Joe's):

Unless what you said was describing the SP episode, because that's exactly what it was about.

It isn't "all about sex"- it's about the music. Sure, Disney has been marketing the band heavily, but they're very popular right now. To me, it's all about the music. Sure, I have a crush on Kevin Jonas, but it all started with the music, not how cute they are or anything.

you should watch it (because it's freakin hilarious) but there's a part where they spray the crowd with white foam cannons....draw your own conclusion.

I know the connotation SP was using, but on their last tour, they had foam-spraying guns. So, that's where that came from. SP didn't make that up.

Which now makes the joke even funnier.

"Girls, do you like the Jonas Brothers' hot white foam all over your faces?"

I saw the South Park episode Wednesday and I thought it was pretty good. The references to DreamWorks, Michael Eisner and just the way Mickey Mouse was portrayed were all funny.

I admittedly don't particularly like the show's sense of humor. Family Guy, I like, but not SP.

Part II contains the joke, but if you like Family Guy you must watch both parts.

It was like once again South Park opened my brain, scooped out my opinions and threw them on screen.
