Anyone remember the cartoon "Histeria!"?

Post by bluemoon86 »

I used to love this show when I was a kid. For those of you that ave never heard of it, it was a comedy sketch show dealing with Historical events and people made by the same people who created "Animaniacs" and "Freakazoid". It was hilarious and educational. I really wish they'd put it on DVD.

Here's the theme song

I remember it! I actually tried to find it last week on you tube but I couldn't find anything. I remember the baby, that's all I can really remember!

I love this show! It really is quite sad I don't recall anything but an old lady in a blue dress. Then a segment where we are told to turn our volume all the way up and the boy on screen says "BOOM!" and we have just been shown the sound of a real bomb in a war.

*Pepper Mills sees Harriet Tubman*

Ohhhhh! I can't believe it's you! Please, can I have your autograph?

*gives Tubman autograph book, gets it back*

Heeey! You're not Moesha!

;)

And I remember the "BOOM" as well. It was a recurring gag, I think, as there was another one where he yelled out "BANG!" to symbolize the "Shot Heard Around The World" in the American Revolution.

I definitely remember it. I used to watch it in the mornings on my way to school (we had a little tv in the car lol).

I loved the little screaming kid and the cheerleader, lol.

Were the Warner Brothers (and their sister Dot) actually in this show as well as Animaniacs?

It seems like I remember some of this, although I might have confused it with Animaniacs, especially if they were in any episodes.
