Some friends and I are trying to create a website for ourselves. We are forming a musical/theatrical group and we want the site to serve as a basic introduction to ourselves individually and to introduce people to our music and theatrical performances of the past.
I personally have experience with Dreamweaver and recently got a copy of the program from a friend to use, but I really have no idea what goes into getting webspace and how to pay for it. That's what I was hoping some of you could help me figure out. If any of you have an suggestions about how to do it or some difficulties any of you have had personally with creating a webpage it'll be a great help!
Once I get things on the web I'll also post some samples of the music we've written. We're kind of hoping to create a small business out of our group.
Also, if any of you know anything about trademarking a logo that'd be very helpful as well!
Thank you!!!

Check out www.dreamhost.com , you can buy a domain there and can host your site through them.
Oh, and if you'd like an extra 10% disc space for free, use the promo code "srey" (without the quotes).
Good luck to you!
