Doesn't seem worth it if all that's new is an additional featurette ("The Man, The Myth, Superman"), especially since I've got all the shorts and the other featurette in the Ultimate Superman Collection DVD. Would have been cool if they also included "Super-Rabbit", "Snafuperman", and "Stupor Duck".
This seems to be more for the animation fans who don't wanna be saddled with the Superman movies that include them as special features.
