My (Family's) Dog Fancy Died

Our 15-Year-Old Shih Tzu Fancy had to be put down today. I am a little sad, but at least she lived a full life.

1993-2008

She was definitely one of the lucky ones.

My family used to have a Chihuahua mutt named Brownie. We got him when I was 2 or 3 years old during a family trip. When I was 14 he was killed by a car. He was already pretty old and has respiratory problems, but this was no way for a dog to die.

My deepest sympathies.

I'm sorry to hear that. Like you said, at least she had a full life. I can't imagine what it's like, and I know I'll be heartbroken when we have to do it, so my condolences to you and your family.
