Gossip Girl DVD question

Post by ZOOMBOOM0688 »

I bought My copy from target and after I went to best buy and their version was half as thick as the target. Does anyone have pictures of the inside of the package? I wanna know how they fit all those discs into a slim package.

Thanks

Ps. I haven't opened my copy yet and that's why I'm asking.

Hey. I decided to get into Gossip Girl this season, so I did my searching for the best DVD, so I think i have an answer for you. Target's edition is thicker because it holds an extra disc. In the actual case. Not some crappy little paper slip. The bonus disc holds a 90-minute feature, of something or another (an interview, or Behind-the-scenes, I think) Anyway, I bought the Target edition, becuase I am a freak for my DVDs. The fact it had the extra DVD wasnt even my selling point. I bought it for the bigger box. I feel with hour-long shows the show deserves more of a place on my shelf than a thinner 30-min comedy. You may not have purchased your copy for the same reason as I, but I just-thought-you-should-know that in my opinion, you bought it from the right place. :)

O, and w/ the packaging. They dont overlap. It is a single clear keepcase with flaps. Like Disney does with the two-discs, a flap attached to the spine, just happen to be more of them, holding discs on the front and back (like the new Terminator: TSS release too) It's quite ingenious in my opinion.

I finally opened my copy LOL. I LOVE the packaging and wish all tvshows were packaged this way.

I still wonder what the regular version looks like because it is so small.

Now I want to get the Target edition :x I knew I shouldve gone to Target.

I got the Wal-Mart one which is just 5 discs with the option to listen to the first book on audio.

Anyone care to post pics of the Target edition? I will try to post the Wal-Mart one.

Please, I'd like to ask for a favor... Could anyone send me a scan of the cover/back art? You know, so I can print it? I live in Brazil and here we still don't have the original dvds, so while I cannot buy it, I;d like to be able to print the cover... send to feligan@gmail.com! Thanks a lot!
