What Songs Did You Just Download?

Post by blackcauldron85 »

I figured that we have a thread on what DVDs we've bought, and what CDs we've bought, but not on what songs we've downloaded...

I just downloaded:

(From "Aladdin and the King of Thieves"):
"There's a Party Here in Agrabah, Part 1"
"There's a Party Here in Agrabah, Part 2"

(From "Beauty and the Beast: Special Edition"):
"Human Again"

(From "Cars"):
"Real Gone"
"Life is a Highway"

(From "Julie Andrews Selects Her Favorite Disney Songs"):
"When You Wish Upon a Star"

(From "Annie"):
"Tomorrow"
"It's the Hard-Knock Life"
"Maybe"
"You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile"

(From "The Nightmare Before Christmas"):
"Sally's Song"
"Jack's Obsession"
"Kidnap the Sandy Claws"
"Poor Jack"
"Making Christmas"
"This is Halloween"
"Town Meeting Song"

(From "Grease"):
"Beauty School Dropout"
"Greased Lightnin'"
"Look at Me, I'm Sandra Dee"
"We Go Together"
"Hopelessly Devoted To You"
"Summer Nights"
"You're the One That I Want"

(By Taylor Swift):
"I'm Only Me When I'm With You"
"Picture to Burn"
"Should've Said No"

Well, I didn't JUST download them (they're about 2 months old) but my last downloads were:

* Silent Hill - Konami Kukeiha Club ~ Silent Hill (Original Theme)
* Shiny Toy Guns ~ You Are The One
* The Fray ~ How To Save A Life (New Album Version)
* Emma Bunton ~ Downtown (Single Version)
* The Dream Academy ~ Life In A Northern Town (LP Version)
* Ainslie Henderson, Marli Buck ~ Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me)
* Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel ~ Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me)
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

I had a song in my head, so I downloaded some music. I've never seen the show, but the theme from "iCarly" has totally been in my head since last night- I love it! So I downloaded Miranda Cosgrove's 4 songs from the "iCarly" soundtrack:
"Leave It All To Me", "Stay My Baby", "About You", & "Headphones On". I like her style of music (lol, it's the same style I always listen to), and she has a really nice voice. I started watching some clips of the show on Nick.com, and I like what I've seen so far!

I discovered the magic that is Pepsi Stuff and MyCokeRewards in the past month, so since then I've been downloading some songs.

from "My Fair Lady: The Original Broadway Cast"-
"Wouldn't it be Loverly"
"Just You Wait"
"The Rain in Spain"
"I Could Have Danced All Night"
"Show Me"
"Without You"

from "Camelot: The Original Broadway Cast"-
"The Lusty Month of May"
"Then You May Take Me to the Fair"
"What Do the Simple Folk Do?"

from "The Sound of Music"-
"I Have Confidence"

from "Cinderella"-
"Impossible/It's Possible"

Can anyone guess what all those songs have in common? :P

I need help.

I drink hundreds of Cokes and Pepsi's for my Julie. :P
Okay... mostly I just unscrew caps off of Cokes and Pepsi's and then tightly screw them back on. Especially when I'm at a place where there's a lot of them. Wal-Mart, anyone?

Seriously though, I really enjoy the songs, since most of them I've never heard Julie sing before, or at all. I can't help but laugh during "The Lusty Month of May" because I always think of the little incident that was mentioned in Julie Andrews's autobiography.

No, but now I want too! Actually, most of the Julie songs I've recently gotten I've never heard Julie sing before. I've always known she was a good singer, but wow!
