No, but most of us can use clear and accurate thread titles...
UD Forum Posting Guidelines and Helpful Links
Use Clear and Accurate Thread Titles
If asking a question, use a question mark in the title. Don't use an ellipsis as a suspense device. If discussing a specific topic, make sure the title is clear. If you're not a specific topic, there's probably an existing thread already discussing that topic. Don't forget to do a search first. <snip> Thread titles are supposed to accurately represent what the thread is about, not trick people into clicking.

To answer the question: No I can't
However, I believe the Atlantis: The Lost Empire dvd (bare-bones) has a Bonus Feature of some sorts relating to the language, I'm sure if you searched the dvd reviews you might be able to learn more about it. Or just watch it if you have the dvd
To save you some time, here's some websites you can browse. Although they don't appear to have any relation to Disney's version but it's better than nothing.

Here are some more Disney related sites, the first is (or should be a picture of the alphabet itself)
http://www.langmaker.com/db/Atlantean_script
Here's the Script with all the Atlantean language that was spoken in the movie.

Some basic phrases

Finally, here's a Metahistory for it
