Why do the DVD reissues of One Hundred and One Dalmatians - and the forthcoming Sword in the Stone and Sleeping Beauty - - read "Walt Disney Sleeping Beauty" instead of the traditional "Walt Disney's" (possessive) always to date used for the animated features made during his lifetime.
Are they trying to downplay the man in favor of a corporate brand identity? To eliminate the differences between the movies actually made by Walt and those just made by a company with his name?
I think this is quite disrespectful.
What happened to "Walt Disney's"?

This has received some attention in the Sword and the Stone discussion thread...

Perhaps that portion of the discussion could be merged with this new thread?
