Devil and Max Devlin songs...

I recently rented The Devil and Max Devlin from Netflix and to my surprise, the DVD was screen-printed with the Netflix logo, as if Netflix had manufactured it. Does anyone have any idea why this would be? ( I read it might have something to do with Anchor Bay...)

I remember liking this film as a kid, but watching it again, it's such a shame the story wasn't pared down to better develop one solid storyline instead of complicating the plot in an effort to hit as big a demographic as possible. There seemed to be too many side stories which end up neglected as a result, and the comic genius of Cosby and Gould go sadly unused. Even Cosby as a "bad guy" would have worked, if only they'd given him something to do!

I found a better video of "Roses and Rainbows" so I thought I'd post it. Highly recommend checking this movie out sometime...simply for nostalgic Disney from the 1980s (not as a hidden gem or anything, but just for fun).

I really dislike the movie but I LOVE Julie Budd! I have 2 of her 90s CDs. She does a great version of Through The Eyes of Love (Theme from Ice Castles) aka Victor & Nikki's theme on Y&R.
