Meet the Robinsons & Cars Blu-ray upgrade offers?

As non-luck would have it, I bought both Meet the Robinsons and Cars on standard DVD back in October -- a couple of months before our biggest analog television broke. We replaced it with a cool 46-inch HDTV and got a Blu-ray player to go with it.

I have already used the $10 mail-in rebate offered in Ratatouille and am wondering if either Cars or Robinsons happens to include something simmilar. Nothing to this effect came with the standard-def versions, but I thought they might have included the rebate certificate with the Blu instead of the regular. So just asking. Does anyone know? And if they do, when do these rebates expire?
