I think that the first 20 rows thing is awesome- I'm glad they learned from the Miley Cyrus tour fiasco that the fans deserve a better system. I was all giddy when I saw that they had added dates to their website, but they haven't released any east coast dates yet...

I find this interesting...on their last solo tour (summer 2007), they played smaller venues (I saw them at the House of Blues). For this tour, they're playing slightly larger venues (I don't know if they're playing anywhere that's as large as where they've played on the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus tour, though). Have they gotten that much more popular since the summer? I'm proud of them for having the success they're having, but it surprises me that they're not playing smaller venues like they had been.
Sometime later this year (in the not-so-distant future), their TV show "J.O.N.A.S" will be premiering on Disney Channel, so I'm sure we'll all be talking about that when that show starts up.
Also, I know that they have started recording their next album on their tour bus. So that's more exciting news!
As much as I'm a fan of theirs and wish them continued success, I wonder when some of the Jonasmania will die down. Hanson was hugely popular back in 1997-1998, and then they lost a lot of that popularity. I think it's probably cooler for artists after the hysteria has died down- like at Hanson shows, the band knows that they're not playing to large crowds (not large like they once were), and that the fans that go to their shows are in for the long-haul, are the die-hard fans. I think that Jonas Brothers have been more backwards- they started with a smaller, supportive fanbase, and then, once Disney got a hold of them (which was awesome, since their old record label dropped them), they've become massively popular. I remember when I first heard "Mandy" (or saw, because I think it was on MTV), I liked it a lot, but I didn't rush out to get the album (I didn't even know that they had an album...I thought that it was just a random song that they had recorded, for some reason). I ended up getting their CD, "It's About Time" either at the end of 2006 or the beginning of 2007- still before they were massively popular. I didn't listen to that CD (which is awesome) on a regular basis until shortly before their latest CD (which is also awesome) came out.
I love all of their songs, but my least favorites are "Hollywood" followed by "Games". My favorites are "7:05", "Time For Me to Fly", and "Goodbye & Goodnight".
My favorite is Kevin...he's really sweet and I love his dances (like the "S.O.S. dance)...! He rarely sings solos, but on Youtube, I've found a couple instances where we can hear what he sounds like...

I think that he has a really nice voice, and I wish that he'd sing solo more often!!! On their next album, he should totally, if not have his own solo song, at least have one that he sings by himself for some of it.
So, what are your thoughts on the Jonas Brothers?
