The Carousel of Progress

Post by Mouseketodd »

Is the Carousel of Progress safe from the wrecking ball? I've heard of Disney surveying visitors exiting from COP. I won't be in Florida to answer a survey, but I want my support for this attraction noted.

Today, I called Walt Disney World General Info to try to contact Main Street Customer Relations so I could voice support for the Carousel of Progress.

The phone operator told me my options were to write or email Disney about it -- and she urged me to pass this on to friends:

Walt Disney World Guest Communications

Let Disney know that you value Walt's Carousel of Progress!

Write and mail a letter rather than e-mailing. Trust me, they pay way more attention to letters than e-mails. I will be riding this very soon in hopes that I will be surveyed.

I love this attraction, it really has the Disney spirit. The last scene needs some updating and it would be great if they could update the main AA figure in each scene... otherwise its a keeper. On another message board someone suggested that they update the outside of the building to make it a lil snazzier looking and maybe more people would go in. I think thats a great idea!
