The Touchstone Television series "Good Morning Miss Bliss" starring a grown up Hayley Mills is available on Netlflix for instant watching! I haven't found this anywhere on DVD (except for bootlegs of course), and thought others might find this info helpful if you've been wanting to catch up with that show. Only the first season of the show is available, but hey....it's a start!
p.s. 'Galactica 1980' is also available for instant viewing despite its absence on video or DVD.

You might find some of the episodes from that show is on "Saved By the Bell". I guess it's on TBS every morning, but I'm not really sure about it. I guess "Saved by the Bell" in syndication was running early episodes with Hayley Mills. I've seen it on WPIX-TV many years ago when it was in syndication. TBS remains that show with her on.

You're right, musicradio77! The first season of what we know as "Saved By the Bell" was called "Good Morning, Miss Bliss". If you've ever seen episodes on TV with Nikki & Mikey, and wonder where Kelly & Slater were, then those were "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" episodes, just renamed "Saved By the Bell" so people would be more familiar with it.
As Wikipedia says:
The show was originally a pilot for NBC, which was inspired by NBC president Brandon Tartikoff's idea for a show about an "inspiring" teacher. NBC decided not to pick up the pilot, but Disney Channel did, premiering the show on November 30, 1988, and airing it for one season...
The show was subsequently spun off into Saved by the Bell on NBC, and its episodes were later aired as episodes of that show and retconned into the history of that series, the episodes now were now called Saved by the Bell: The Junior High School Years and featured new segments of the high school aged Zack, reminiscing about his life in 8th grade. Zack, Screech, Lisa, and Mr. Belding all moved to the new series; the other characters did not. The retconning did explain the reason for the elimination of Miss Bliss, as she would have likely stayed behind to continue teaching junior high. However, it did not explain the setting for John F. Kennedy Junior High being in Indiana and Bayside being in California.
Although it was likely Mr. Belding was reassigned from JFK to Bayside, it was unlikely he would have moved a long way from Indiana to California, and even less of a chance that he would be reunited with Lisa, Screech and Zack in California, as when kids move from school to school it is extremely rare for them to be grouped together.
Also it was not explained how Zack referred to knowing Jessie and Kelly since kindergarten, but they did not attend junior high with him in Indiana. Slater's appearance was explained by the fact he was a military brat and thus new to Bayside.
The most logical explanation, agreed on by many fans of both shows, is that Good Morning Miss Bliss and Saved by the Bell were meant to be two separate shows with entirely separate histories. The characters who transferred over from JFK to Bayside (Zack, Screech, Lisa and Mr. Belding) were done so because the Saved by the Bell producers believed those four would fit with the new mold of the show.

I don't think they are ON DVD...... but they are posted on Netflix for instant viewing only. After a little research, the whole Good Morning, Miss Bliss series (the original part of SBTB) is actually what is available. For completists who try to watch everything Disney (myself included), or for the curious....you might want to check it out.
ALSO....i know this is non disney related, though somewhat topic related.....Netflix instant viewing has also released several series that are unavailable on DVD for instant watching....the last several season of Magnum PI are available......all seasons of Sliders (including the later unreleased seasons) are available.....Galactica 1980 is available......several unavailable seasons of Law and Order are up for instant watching.......
It seems like most of these are Universal properties (I think NBC/Universal retained the rights to Good Morning Miss bliss when they bought the show for SBTB).
