What's your favourite Disney horse?

Mine is Samson, but right ater him would be Frou Frou and The Captain.

Raw? Who is that? Recently, Disney has released an "Enchanted Stables" book with the princesses in gold outfits starring in stories about their horses. Snow White has the Prince's horse, Belle has Phillipe, but Cinderella takes her old mare from the Chateau (he turned into the coachmen) and brings him to the castle...and they call him Frou. But this is incorrect, his name is Major! Major the horse! And so...where did you get Frou Frou from?

I don't know what my favorite horse is. Maybe it's Sampson because Sampson has personality, though Cinderella's mice-turned-horses will always be the best dressed in my eyes. Or maybe it really is Major, since he did have personality ("I'm gonna pull the coach...I'm gonna pull the coach...MICE? WTF?!") and he woke up Bruno and he got to lead the wedding coach at the end of the film. Sooooo...Major wins, then. Even though I liked Sampson's divaness more ("I ain't gonna take you to find some random singing wood nymph.").

I like Pegasus and Samson, however I also like Achilles from Hunchback...well actually just the part where he sits on the guards :lol: But I also agree with Escapay about Horace, he is rather underused.....


**Edit** The Headless Horsemans horse is rather interesting as well :)

But Pegasus is a pegasus everyone, not a horse. :P

(just like to be technical, although he's my favourite character in the movie)

Oh yes, I forgot, even though I had recently watched Aristocats! But then that's even worse, you can't have two Disney horses named Frou! It's MAJOR!

Samson :D maybe even Stormy from The Little Mermaid series or the Seahourse from The Little Mermaid.
By the way,Aladdin From Agrabah-which sence is Pegasus's girlfriend? :o can you tell about that sence? i don't remember it :o.

Pegasus's girlfriend was actually Pain and Panic in disguise ;)


I don't have a favortie horse.. but I'll list some of the ones that weren't mentioned ..

the Pegasus and Unicorns in Fantasia
The Circus Pony in Dumbo
the Rocking Horse-fly in Alice
the Knight's horses in Sword in the Stone
Jafar's horse in Aladdin
John Rolfe's horse in Pocahontas II
and Snowball! (Frollo's horse) he's absolutley gorgeous! *has a crush on him*
Shang's horse
Penelope (though she's more a donkey or a mule)
and Sahara Jasmine's mother's horse
think that's it.. 8)

have to check out that Enchanted Stables book ;)

odd that Major is referred to as Frou. like when the Disney had the Disney Ponies line they had Phillipe named Monique :?

^ There was also Ichabods Horse in Sleepy Hollow, the Carosuel (sp?) Horses in Mary Poppins as well (I doubt they count though)
