Trouble with the Profile Avatar!

I have problems with it. How am I suppose to upload the avatar picture when I don't see the upload thing to upload an avatar on my profile settings?

Unless it changed while I was away, you need 50 posts to be able to have an avatar. Welcome to the forums. :)
